I appreciated early in my training that a longstanding relationship with my patients was just as important as performing complex surgery. I believe in being honest, teaching clearly, and showing up fully—whether that means guiding, supporting, or simply sitting with someone through a difficult moment. Cancer is hard, and my goal is to help patients navigate it with both expertise and humanity.
Training & Experience
Dr. Kassondra S. Grzankowski is a board-certified gynecologic oncologist and fellowship-trained specialist in complex gynecologic cancer surgery, including Da Vinci robotic techniques, radical vulvar surgery, and ovarian tumor debulking.
Dr. Grzankwoski works closely with the team at the The Start Center for Cancer Care to provide comprehensive care, including surgery, chemotherapy, and radiation across multiple locations in San Antonio.
Dr. G completed her gynecologic oncology fellowship at Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center, one of only 33 NCCN-designated cancer centers, and has presented at the Society of Gynecologic Oncology with multiple peer-reviewed publications.
